Miss Universe Malta, under the directorship of Alan J. Darmanin, proudly presents the Miss Universe Malta 2023 gala finale. A unique show crowning a winner to represent our islands in the prestigious Miss Universe beauty pageant whose slogan is 'Beautifully Confident'. Miss Universe stands for the empowerment of women whilst showing what they stand for and their inner confidence and beauty through its platform. This international beauty event is telecast in over sixty different countries and with a viewership of over one billion people worldwide. Candidates from all over the Maltese Islands will compete in four rounds of competition; evening wear, swimsuits, the question round and the final look round, until only one is left standing and wins the Miss Universe Malta 2023 title. The finale will air live on June 30 on Malta's national television channel - TVM at 20:45hrs from The Hilton Malta Conference Centre. Popular television personality Ben Camille will host the finale show. Last year Malta was represented by Maxine Formosa Gruppetta from St Julians, who travelled all the way to New Orleans, USA and competed against 80 other candidates from all over the globe where she won the Miss Congeniality Award. *Miss Universe is a registered trademark under JKN Global.

Rebecca Camilleri
Rebecca Camilleri, Miss Universe Sliema, is one of our top favourites to win Miss Universe Malta this year. She just obtains a degree in international business from the University of London and currently is a Master student in Business Administration at the London school of commerce. I really like the moment where she supports people with mental problems and bulling. She is a super intelligent woman who has an impressive demeanour, very confident and inspirational. Having already huge experience in the fashion industry will be excellent opportunity to shape her even better for the short time of preparation till Miss Universe finale abroad.
2. Jodie Saliba
24 years old accountant Jodie Saliba, Miss Universe Attard, is another top favourite to win Miss Universe Malta this year. She is qualified accountant and works in local audit company. I really like the way how she speaks and how intelligent she is. She is with huge personality with so many hobbies and the reason why she starts modelling is being bullied. Very interesting and inspirational candidate for many people out there.
3. Julia Cluett
This year Miss Universe Floriana, Julia Cluett, is a psychologist. Now she is a Master student in personal, social and carrier development. Her performance at the preliminaries was one of the best and she really took out the best from her. Very natural and open for challenges which is interesting for one Miss Universe candidate. She is really breaking taboos' and getting more and more confident to the crown.
4.Ntombi Malinga
Ntombi Malinga can be the first black women to win Miss Universe Malta. This native South African works in I gaming industry and part time model. Her physique is impressive and at the preliminaries she already wins a title. She is very confident, and I realize at the preliminaries that the crowd support her and love her performance which is really a great plus. We live in so mixed country with people all around the world and this can show that here we respect talents and differences.
5.Adele Scerri
Adele Scerri, Miss Universe Pembroke is so happy joining Miss Universe this year and her dream come true. She is working in leading events organizing company where she creates memories. As I said she is amazing leader and very well-spoken lady. I love the change of her hair colour at the preliminaries makes her even more bright and beautiful. She is as well confident, strong, and very radiant on stage. For sure she will let every woman watching her that everything is possible.
6. Rebecca Cremona
18 years old Rebecca is mix between Italy and Malta. She is one of the candidates that worked so hard to make this dream comes true. This MCAST student of Business commerce is truly inspirational. I love how much energy she put into this and what conclusion she took from all the bullying towards her. It’s interesting that modelling She can be exceptional manager and leader wanted to give her voice to all this people that are bulled like she is. Being so confident can for sure make her space on the top at this year Miss Universe Malta.
