San Giljan, MALTA- Weeks to the nominations of this year’s Malta Fashion Week and Awards 2018 I would like to talk about a couple of photographers that are favorites to win the award of the best Fashion photographer of the year. The last time that I was writing about the best photographers of the year my blog even if it was hated by so many people, models and photographers was read for more than 50.000 times and that's makes me so happy and satisfied. This time I will speak only about couple of photographers and I will not rang none of them and put them in random order so we have an idea of the photographers that achieve the most in fashion photography this previous year and say just a couple of words about all of them.
1. Matthew B Spiteri
All of the people involved in fashion here in Malta know about the quality of this photographer and he is the strongest candidate to win again the award like last year. He work in so many serious projects previously and his constant work in fashion projects here and outside of Malta speak enough about his quality.
2. Carlo Jourdan
If someone deserves a nomination for the best fashion photographer of the year than definitely Carlo is on the first place. This photographer with hard work achieve a lot of projects here in Malta including the Venere and was a lead photographer of the Maltese delegation on Milan Fashion week 2018 where he was invited to shoot almost all shows where he was working with the top fashion models of the whole world.
3. Gordon Formosa
His photos from Milan Fashion Week can be seen all over the world. The quality that he gave to the Maltese fashion photography is huge and his place is between the best this year. Achieving so many fashion projects, shows and contests he work so hard during the previous year speaks a lot and many international fashion projects and magazines are already waiting to work with him.
4. Mark Soler
We always need to give a space for the young photographers especially if they are so professional. Mark is one of them after all the success that he made in the previous year. Being photographer at the shows like Dolce and Gabbana already says a lot for him. Attending all Maltese and many international shows give him a step close to the golden award.
5. Bernard Polidano
Bernard is a photographer full of ideas about fashion photography and his work in the previous year makes him a really strong candidate to win the award again. He is one of the few Maltese photographers that they are working with so many Maltese and international models and his projects are very popular not just in Malta but also internationally which makes him one of the best photographers here.
6. Justin Ciappara
Being one of the chosen photographers to shoot Versace fashion show during Milan Fashion Week speaks how professional and good photographer Justin is. His achievement in the Maltese fashion photography is really huge and his collaboration with many famous fashion projects makes him someone who deserves to be on the top of the Maltese fashion photography.
I cannot wait to see the nomination this year and I will be really happy if anyone of those photographers that I mention from this blog goes home with the golden award in his hands cause they are all deserving that.
